It was so clean and had everything one would need to feel at home. We were able to explore the whole neighborhood. There was a supermarket right across the street and so many restaurants all in walking distance and such views of both the sunrise and the sunset that we will never forget. We are definitely going back again to this place!”

    "What a gresat place to stay at the beach! Enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The bedrooms are larger than a lot of other OC bedrooms and hotel rooms and also on a separate floor within the place. Everything is very clean, well decorated and in a quiet area where we could walk to see the sunset on the bay! Our walk to the beach was good excercise and got there in 10 minutes. We like that the pool was right in the area and perfect for relaxing instead of going on the beach. Everything was perfect for our weekend! We will be back again!"

Management made it so easy for me to book the condo, easy check in and check out process. There was ample parking for our vehicles and secured elevator access.     "The condo was spacious and the location is perfect. A block from the beach, the bay view was breathtaking. I look forward to the sunset everyday. I love the spacious wrap around balcony and the kitchen that can accommodate all our needs. The cleaners did a great job, condo was clean top to bottom. We had enough beddings, extra pillows and towels, beds were comfortable and the amenities were a great touch. Ample parking for our vehicles, stores and restaurants were within walking distance. No issues at all with the check in and out process, John and Zviad were wonderful hosts who made our stay memorable . I will rent this unit again when I am in town. Thank you BluVista!"

We originally found this booking on vrbo, but booking through the bluvistas website is much cheaper!! We did a last minute change with where we were staying here in OCMD & John & Zviad we’re so kind & helpful in the process! :) amazing customer service!! we are so appreciative to the bluvistas team & they have found loyal customers in us! The condo was very clean & very much newly renovated during our stay! everything was very modernized, so many nice appliances in the kitchen like a ninja blender & the oven can be set to air fry things as well! it also had a little closet that had 4 beach chairs, a boogy board, 2 umbrellas, 2 coolers, a beach towel & a couple beach bags!!"

Most owners choose our “Retail” program to maximize rental revenues, offering flexible booking options to attract a high volume of guests. For those looking to minimize guest turnover, we offer a “Summer Seasonal” rental option, which lasts for 4 months plus 1 day.

Additionally, we partner with a travel company that may be interested in leasing your property for a “Guaranteed” rental amount. This provides peace of mind for owners who want to ensure their bills are covered. This program typically runs for 4 to 6 months, depending on your needs.
